V. Vasudevan
Renu was deeply drawn to Ayurveda and Yoga by her mentor Acharya V Vasudevan who has been a scholar in the Vedic knowledge systems. He is a renowned exponent of Ayurveda, Yoga and spiritual subjects and has been teaching and practicing for over four decades. Renu continues to learn and study Ayurveda and Yoga with him. With his blessings, inspiration and support, Renu continues her mission of service in the field of natural health and healing services.
Vaidyagrama
Renu is a volunteer co-author of the Vaidyagrama cookbook and volunteer supporter since its inception. She helps with editing and writes the nutrition and Ayurveda section of the newsletter. She has led a number of retreats at Vaidyagrama, an Ayurveda Healing Village on the outskirts of Coimbatore. In Tamil Nadu, India. She has taught Yoga and Yoga therapy to the patients and led interactive discussions on all aspects of Ayurveda. She has been instrumental in the creation and implementation of the Ayurveda Hospital Menu and gave individualized nutritional advice to the patients.
She also managed the Ayurveda centre in Mussoorie and the two Ayurveda conferences in Rishikesh in 2008 and 2011.
Punarnava Ayurveda Trust
Renu is a long time supporter and volunteer of Punarnava since its inception. She is also involved with Punarnava for the empowerment of impoverished women and children as well as the food distribution program and cow protection program. She has taught Yoga Nidra in the free Ayurveda children’s Summer Camp and taught English to the village boys at their hostel.
Currently, She is collaborating with Punarnava in the COVID Project to provide food to disempowered women and their families.
Ganga prem hospice
Renu is a volunteer and long time supporter of this organisation. She has organised some of their events and is currently the writer of the home remedies section of their monthly newsletter.

Caroline is a Yoga Teacher in the UK and conducts Yoga Retreats internationally. She is a Trustee of Ganga Prem Hospice UK, and Renu was one of the founding Trustees of this Trust. Stree provides earth friendly products to Ganga Prem Hospice UK for sale in the UK. All profits made in the UK from Stree products are for the support of Ganga Prem Hospice in Rishikesh, India.
Saraswati Education Welfare Society
Renu was a member of this society in 2006 but continues to support this organisation by sourcing products from their offspring organisation and giving donations.This organisation has created a school for 350 plus children, girls and boys from 1st till 10th class.. children between the ages of 3 and 13.Children come from impoverished and one parent familes. The school is in the district of UP near Lucknow where there are few schools.

Planting a trillion more trees globally is the most effective way to manage climate change. Trees act as air filters for our Mother Earth. In India there are many projects going on to supplement much needed reforestation for oxygen, water, to minimise soil erosion and provide livelihood to communities.
